Some interesting passages taken from the Living Bible include: According to John 14:3-"I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am". "Immediately after the distress of those days the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the Sky...They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory" (Matthew 24:29:30) At his ascension into heaven while the disciples stared heavenward, two men dressed in white stood beside them and said: "Men of Galilee..why do you stand here looking into the sky? The same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven" (Acts 1:10-11). Paul also emphased it: "For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud commnd, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first" (1 Thessalonian 4:16). Just before the sunset, I find this time to be perfect for receiving answers from the Living Bible. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound...Happy to finally have found the time to read this amazing book.
